Combine 2 cups flour, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tbsp instant yeast and 1 tsp salt in a large bowl, then add 1 tbsp olive oil and ¾ cup warm water to form a dough.

Knead the dough until smooth, let it rise in a warm place until doubled in size.

Finely chop 1 onion and mince 2 cloves of garlic.

Cook ground beef with onions, garlic, and spices. Set aside to cool.

Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C).

Roll dough into two ovals, add toppings, and fold the edges to create a boat shape.
