In a large skillet or sauté pan, over medium-high heat brown your ground pork until fully cooked.

Add the diced onion and sauté for a few minutes until they become translucent.

Add the minced garlic and ginger to the pan and sauté for another minute.

Pour the soy sauce and chicken broth into the pan. Stir well and cook for a minute.

Add the coleslaw mix to the pan and stir to combine everything. Cook for about 5 minutes, or until the cabbage is wilted to your liking.

Drizzle the sesame oil over everything and season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well to combine.
