Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Season the chicken wings with salt and pepper and arrange them on the prepared baking sheet.

While the chicken wings are baking, prepare the honey sriracha sauce. In a small saucepan, combine the honey, sriracha sauce, soy sauce, and vinegar. Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat, stirring often, until the sauce begins to thicken, about 5-10 minutes.

Once the chicken wings are done baking, transfer them to a bowl. Pour the honey sriracha sauce over the wings and toss until all of the wings are well coated.
