Crispy, spicy chicken fingers coated in a delicious Cajun seasoning!

    Cut the chicken breasts into strips and place in a bowl with the buttermilk. Let sit in the fridge for at least an hour.

    In a separate bowl, mix together the Cajun seasoning, flour, salt and pepper.

    Take a chicken strip from the buttermilk and dredge in the flour mixture, then place on a plate. Repeat with all the chicken strips.

    Heat the vegetable oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, add the chicken strips and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-5 minutes per side.

    Remove from the pan and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil.
