    Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice the sesame bagels in half and then each half into two, to create thin pieces. Brush each slice lightly with olive oil. Place the bagel slices on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for 5-7 minutes, or until they are crispy and golden brown.

    In a medium bowl, combine the chopped olives, za'atar seasoning, olive oil, minced garlic, cherry tomatoes, red onion, chopped parsley, and lemon juice. Stir well to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

    If using, spread a thin layer of cream cheese on each toasted bagel slice.

    Spoon the olive and za'atar mixture over each bagel slice, distributing the topping evenly.
